Mr. Chung attended True Light Kindergarten and Primary School in Hong Kong from 1980 to 1989. He graduated from Georgetown Law School in the U.S. in 2002 with a Juris Doctor (JD), and later qualified as a practicing lawyer in both the U.S. and Hong Kong, with over 20 years of legal experience. In 2022, he also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Canada. He is currently practicing law and working as a mediator in Vancouver.
